modelOpt.id = Convert.ToDecimal(RBACAPPSessionMapping.SessionUserId);
if (modelOpt == null)
  {
       modelOpt.id = Convert.ToDecimal(RBACAPPDefaultValue.UserId_FailedToReadSessionMapping);
  }
//////////////////////////////////
modelOpt.id is a counter for the table "SOperator".
RBACAPPSessionMapping.SessionUserId should be given to "userID" according to the table.
Acturally,
modelOpt.id=dataOpt.GetMaxID()+1;

One more thing, i forget to tell you that the way to make an object from Model or DAL, the naming is like "mySOperator" or "optSOperator".
Prefix "my" means the object is created for funtion-self only, prefix "opt" means "Operator", which implies that this object is for operating data.

PS: After your coding, please do not delete my comments inside the functions.

I got some problem with SearchLogs(). Please download Operator.cs and open it in VS, as serveral red underlines indicate, the parameter ObjectType can not be 赋ed as null.
